Punjab Revenue Minister S. Hardeep Singh Mundian on Monday laid the foundation stones for eight key link road infrastructure projects worth Rs. 12.15 crore, aimed at enhancing connectivity and easing travel for commuters.
The projects include:
- Link from Gaddowal to Karour (1.80 km)
- Link from Mangarh to Kohara-Machhiwara (1.10 km)
- Link from Katani Khurd to Kot Gangu Rai
- Link from Upplan Sanghe to Machhiwara (7.20 km)
- Link from Chhandran to Katani (1.23 km)
- Link from Chandigarh Road to Chhandran (1.20 km)
- Link from LC Road to Heeran to Barwala to Sahnewal to Ramgarh (10.70 km)
- Link from Heeran to Kanech (2.12 km)
- Sahnewal Khurd Road (0.73 km)
The Cabinet Minister emphasized that the Punjab government is committed to providing world-class road infrastructure to its citizens. These initiatives align with the Punjab government’s broader vision, under Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, to deliver top-tier road networks across the state.
