Punjabi University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Jagdeep Singh conducted an extensive tour of the university campus today, meticulously reviewing key facilities. His visit included the Sophisticated Instrumentation Centre, Bhai Ghanaiya Health Centre, and Animal House. During the visit, he gained in-depth insights into the infrastructure, operational capabilities, notable achievements, and challenges faced by these centres.
Dr. Jagdeep Singh engaged in meaningful discussions with representatives, students, and researchers at each facility, fostering a collaborative dialogue. Expressing his contentment, he commended the departments for their sustained excellence and impactful contributions in their respective domains.
It is noteworthy that the Sophisticated Instruments Centre (SIC) is a centralized facility for carrying out advanced research work in the field of Life Sciences, Medical Sciences and Physical Sciences.
