Chandigarh, November 27
Punjab Transport Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar handed over appointment letters to 17 newly-recruited employees. These individuals had been waiting for their jobs for several years, with some cases dating back to 32 years.
The Minister highlighted the previous governments’ negligence in addressing these pending cases. He emphasized the Mann government’s commitment to providing employment opportunities and resolving long-standing issues.
Several newly-appointed employees shared their gratitude to the government for finally fulfilling their long-awaited aspirations. They expressed how the previous governments had neglected their cases, causing significant hardship.

The Minister assured the new employees that the government is dedicated to creating a favorable environment for the youth of Punjab. He highlighted the government’s efforts in generating nearly 50,000 government jobs in the past 32 months.
