CWN Zirakpur and ACA Amritsar Reach 12th Little Champ Cup Cricket Tournament Final

CWN Zirakpur and ACA Amritsar emerged victorious in their respective semi-final matches of the ongoing 12th Little Champ Cup Cricket Tournament held at the host ground.
CWN Zirakpur Defeats BECC by 4 Wickets in a Thrilling Encounter
BECC, who won the toss and elected to bat first, managed to score 108 runs in their allotted 35 overs. Atharv Tiwari (35 runs), Pradeep (30 runs), and Arun (17 runs) were the key contributors for BECC. Anshika and Himank shined with the ball for CWN Zirakpur, picking up 2 wickets each for 33 and 26 runs respectively.
Chasing a modest target of 109 runs, CWN Zirakpur showcased a strong batting performance, reaching the target in 30.4 overs with 4 wickets remaining. Saral (24 runs), Kasish (20 runs), and Aayu (23 runs) were the top scorers for CWN Zirakpur. Cathartic, Parmeet, and Anush from BECC managed to take 1 wicket each.
ACA Amritsar Dominates CAP Patiala to Secure Final Spot
In the other semi-final clash, ACA Amritsar dominated CAP Patiala, defeating them by a convincing margin of 49 runs. Reyam (54 runs) and Prunjot (39 runs) played stellar knocks for ACA Amritsar, propelling their team to a total of 132 runs in 35 overs. Karan, Sehsaj, and Harun were the bowling highlights for CAP Patiala, taking 2, 2, and 4 wickets respectively.
Chasing a target of 133 runs, CAP Patiala fell short, managing only 90 runs before being bowled out in 30.2 overs. Divyam (19 runs) and Karan (20 runs) were the only batsmen who showed some resistance for CAP Patiala. Ansh Maini and Rayansh were the pick of the bowlers for ACA Amritsar, taking 2 and 1 wickets respectively.
