The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the India A squad for the upcoming ACC Men’s Rising Stars Asia Cup 2026, scheduled to be held in Doha, Qatar, from November 19 to 29.
The Men’s Selection Committee has selected a 15-member squad for the continental tournament, with young batting sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi earning a place alongside several promising and experienced players.
Tilak Varma has been appointed captain of the India A side, while Rajat Patidar will serve as vice-captain. Abhishek Sharma, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Rinku Singh and Prabhsimran Singh are among the key names in the squad.

Abhishek Sharma, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Prabhsimran Singh (Wicketkeeper), Tilak Varma (Captain), Rajat Patidar (Vice-Captain), Rinku Singh, Kumar Kushagra (Wicketkeeper), Suryansh Shedge, Shahbaz Ahmed, Vipraj Nigam, Harsh Dubey, Tanush Kotian, Harshit Rana, Prince Yadav and Arshad Khan.
Group-wise Distribution
India A have been placed in Group B, alongside the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Nepal and Pakistan A.
Group A comprises Bangladesh A, Sri Lanka A, Afghanistan A and Hong Kong, China.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals, scheduled to be played on November 26 and 27. The tournament final will take place on Sunday, November 29.

India A will begin their campaign against Nepal on November 20 before facing Pakistan A on November 22. Their final group-stage fixture will be against the UAE on November 24.
