Cap Patiala put on a dominant display in the triangular series match today, scoring a mammoth 358 runs for 4 wickets in their 40 overs. Winning the toss and electing to bat first proved to be a wise decision for the Cap captain, as their batsmen capitalized on the opportunity.
The star of the show was Jaivin, who smashed a remarkable 178 runs in just 98 balls. His blistering knock included boundaries and sixes, leaving the bowlers helpless. Ankit (82) and Sehaj (43) also contributed valuable runs, helping Cap Patiala reach a formidable total.

In reply, Believers Club struggled to chase down the target, eventually being bowled out for 170 runs in 39.5 overs. Only Karan (83 not out) and Aditya (23) managed to reach double figures for Believers Club. Cap Patiala’s bowlers shared the spoils effectively, with Gurshaan taking 4 wickets for 31 runs and Karan chipping in with 3 wickets for 25 runs.

Jaivin was deservedly awarded the Player of the Match for his match-winning knock of 178. With this victory, Cap Patiala has secured their place in the finals. Believers Club will now face BECC on January 24th at their home ground in a do-or-die clash to determine the other finalist.
