India Gears Up for Key Bilateral Series
India have revealed their squads for an upcoming tour of England, featuring five T20Is and three ODIs, commencing on June 28, 2025. Led by Harmanpreet Kaur across both formats, this tour holds significant importance with the Women’s Cricket World Cup later this year in India and the T20 World Cup in England in 2026 on the horizon.

Notable absences in the squads include pacer Renuka Singh, all-rounder Shreyanka Patil, and Kashvee Gautam, all sidelined by injuries. Renuka and Shreyanka also missed the recent tri-series in Sri Lanka, where India clinched the title by defeating the hosts in the final. Gautam was ruled out of the same tri-series after sustaining a leg injury.
New Faces in the Squad
Emerging right-arm pacer Kranti Gaud, who debuted in ODIs during the tri-series final against Sri Lanka, has earned her spot in the ODI squad and secured a maiden T20I call-up. Pace all-rounder Sayali Satghare, who made her international debut in the Ireland series earlier this year, has also received her first T20I call-up, adding fresh talent to the team.
