Springdales Cricket Academy (SCA) Jagadhri clinched the Little Champ Cup in a thrilling three-match series, defeating hosts Black Elephant Cricket Club (BECC) Patiala with a 2-1 victory on Thursday. The decisive match took place at the Indian Army Ground.
BECC won the toss and chose to bowl first. SCA Jagadhri struggled, managing 147 all out in 24.5 overs. Ridhman scored 26, Savya contributed 22, and Ansh made 23. BECC’s bowling attack was led by Krishna (2 for 8), Prabhashish (1 for 4), and Kamakshi (1 for 10).

In response, BECC Patiala could only muster 100 for 6 in 25 overs. Himanshu top-scored with 48, while Inder (10) and Dhruv (12) provided support. SCA’s bowlers shone with Sakshmam (2 for 10) and Abhinav (2 for 28) leading the effort, securing a decisive 47-run victory.

Savya was named the Best Batsman and Player of the Tournament, while Abhinav was honored as the Best Bowler, both from SCA Jagadhri, for their outstanding performances throughout the series.
Major Abhishek Sharma, the Sports Officer of BECC and the chief guest, distributed the prizes, marking the successful conclusion of the tournament.
