The ICC has announced the nominees for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month award for June 2024. These outstanding batters dominated their respective teams’ performances in June.

The contenders vying for the honor are:
- Smriti Mandhana (India): Mandhana, the Indian vice-captain, put on a batting masterclass in the ODI series against South Africa. Her phenomenal display included two centuries and a fifty, amassing a total of 343 runs.
- Maia Bouchier (England): Aiming to secure her second Player of the Month title in 2024, Bouchier played a crucial role in England’s triumphant ODI series win against New Zealand. She notched up 167 runs in just two matches with an impressive strike rate.
- Vishmi Gunaratne (Sri Lanka): The young Sri Lankan star emerged as a key player, leading her team to a clean sweep in the ODI series against West Indies. Gunaratne’s consistent batting earned her the Player of the Series award with a total of 134 runs.
