The Governor of Punjab, Gulab Chand Kataria, felicitated Government Mohindra College, Patiala with the third position award for its outstanding contribution to the Youth Red Cross Fund. The honour was bestowed during the Annual General Meeting of the Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch, held at Punjab Raj Bhawan, Chandigarh.
