Divisional Commissioner Bublani Conducts Surprise Inspection of Sewa Kendra

Divisional Commissioner Vinay Bublani conducted a surprise inspection today at the Sewa Kendra located in the District Administrative Complex, Patiala. During the visit, he engaged with the general public visiting for various services and gathered feedback on the services being provided.
Addressing the occasion, Commissioner Bublani directed the Sewa Kendra in-charge and staff to ensure no difficulties are faced by citizens seeking services, emphasizing the delivery of timely and transparent services. He inquired from visitors about any challenges encountered while accessing services and interacted with staff at token counters and windows, as well as people present at the Sewa Kendra.

Bublani stated that, in line with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s directives, citizen services at government offices are being provided with full transparency and without hindrance. He added that officials have clear instructions to prevent any inconvenience to citizens at government offices.
