The approved monthly remuneration is fixed at ₹21,700 for ANMs and ₹29,700 for Staff Nurses.

To ensure a transparent and merit-based process, the recruitment will involve a written examination conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. The Finance Department has granted approval on the condition that the Administrative Department obtains necessary concurrence from the Personnel Department.

Reaffirming the government’s focus on healthcare and education, Finance Minister Cheema said this decision will significantly strengthen the state’s healthcare workforce, leading to better services for citizens. He added that filling these vacancies will enhance the delivery of efficient and effective healthcare, underscoring the government’s priority on public well-being.
