The Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute (MRSAFPI) in Mohali has achieved a remarkable success rate in the National Defense Academy (NDA-II) written examination. A total of 47 cadets from the institute qualified, representing a success rate of 74.6%.
Punjab’s Minister of Employment Generation, Skill Development, and Training, Aman Arora, commended the cadets for their achievement and expressed his best wishes for their future careers. He emphasized the prestigious reputation of the Indian Defense Forces and encouraged the cadets to serve their state and nation with honor.

Major General Ajay H Chauhan, VSM (Retd.), the Director of MRSAFPI, congratulated the cadets and advised them to focus on the SSB training as the next crucial step towards joining the NDA.
Since its establishment, MRSAFPI has successfully enrolled 238 cadets in various Service Training Academies. Of these, 160 have been commissioned as officers in the Defense Services. Currently, 21 cadets from the institute are awaiting the merit list after clearing their SSB interviews.
