To ensure efficient allocation of resources, Mann suggested categorizing the roads based on their urgency and importance. He also emphasized the need for a thorough ground survey to identify the most critical areas.

The state government plans to modernize the existing rural road infrastructure through widening, strengthening, and upgrading. Mann instructed the Punjab Mandi Board and Public Works Department (PWD) to maintain high quality standards and ensure judicious use of funds.

To enhance the efficiency of road construction, the Chief Minister proposed using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. He believes that AI can optimize resource utilization and improve the quality of rural roads while saving public money.
