The Dhruv Pandove Cricket Trust organized a large-scale blood donation camp at the Banaradari Cricket Ground. The camp was inaugurated by Sukhminder Singh Chauhan, AIG Excise and Taxation Department, Punjab.
On this occasion, film actor Hobby Dhaliwal, Sunita Dhir, District Chemist Association president Narinderpal Lalli, and his team attended the event, made significant contributions by donating blood, and encouraged other donors.
The blood bank team from Rajindra Hospital collected blood from nearly 170 donors and deposited it at the blood bank.
Speaking on the occasion, R.P. Pandove said that Dhruv Pandove was an exceptional cricketer. At the age of just 14, he represented Punjab in the Ranji Trophy and scored a century. He completed 1,000 runs in first-class cricket and became the youngest player to reach this milestone in Ranji Trophy history at 17 years and 341 days.

Dhruv had the privilege of playing alongside and against renowned cricketers such as Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Anil Kumble, Vinod Kambli, Ajay Jadeja, Rahul Dravid, and others, earning widespread recognition for his talent. He was also part of the Indian team that won the Asia Cup.
Apart from prominent personalities from the city, student-athletes and other residents enthusiastically participated in the blood donation drive, making it a grand success.
