Shreyas Iyer to Lead India in Zimbabwe T20Is; Sooryavanshi Earns Maiden Call-Up

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India’s squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Zimbabwe, scheduled to be played in Harare later this month. Shreyas Iyer has been appointed captain, while young batting sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been rewarded with a place in the squad following his impressive performances.
Tilak Varma has been named vice-captain, with wicketkeepers Ishan Kishan and Prabhsimran Singh also included in the 15-member squad. The batting unit features Abhishek Sharma, Rinku Singh, Shivam Dube and Suryansh Shedge, while the bowling attack will be led by Varun Chakaravarthy, Mayank Yadav, Yash Thakur, Prince Yadav, Ashok Sharma and Harsh Dubey.

Shivam Dube Added to England ODI Squad
Meanwhile, the BCCI also confirmed a change to India’s ODI squad for the ongoing tour of England. All-rounder Shivam Dube has been drafted into the squad as a replacement for the injured Nitish Kumar Reddy.
