The Annual Meeting of the Zonal Tournament Committee Patiala-2 was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Rajneesh Gupta, Principal, School of Eminence, Fieldkhana, Patiala. The meeting was attended by Physical Education teachers from government, semi-government, and private schools.
During the meeting, the new office-bearers of the committee were elected unanimously. Dr. Gupta was elected as President, while Mr. Balwinder Singh Jassal (PTI, School of Eminence, Fieldkhana, Patiala) was appointed as Zonal Secretary. Satvinder Singh (DPE, Government Senior Secondary School, Shermajra, Patiala) was elected as Assistant Zonal Secretary, Balkar Singh (PTI, Government High School, Dhablan, Patiala) as Finance Secretary, and Zahida Qureshi (DPE, Government High School, Gandhi Nagar, Patiala) as Assistant Finance Secretary.

The committee also unanimously elected the following members:

- Vijay Kumar, DPE, Government High School, Sanauri Gate, Patiala
- Rajwinder Kaur, Lecturer in Physical Education, Government Senior Secondary School, Victoria, Patiala
- Yadvinder Kaur, DPE, Government High School, Anardana, Patiala
The meeting concluded with discussions on promoting sports activities, ensuring the smooth conduct of zonal tournaments, and encouraging greater participation of students in various sporting events.
Among those present were Mamta Rani, Rupinder Kaur, Sandeep Kaur, Suman Kumari, Mandeep Kaur, Baljinder Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Varinder Kaur, Harpal Kaur, Mandeep Kumar, Amolak Singh, Sukhdeep Singh, Piyush Sharma, Gurdeep Singh, Bhagwati, Parveen Kumar, Pradeep Kumar and Manpreet Singh Shermajra along with other Physical Education teachers from the zone.
