Prime Minister Narendra Modi presents his nomination papers from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat, which he has won by a wider margin in each of the last two terms. In the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Varanasi, a bastion of the Bharatiya Janata Party and PM Modi, emerged victorious twice. Party President JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, UP CM Yogi Adityanath is also present on the occasion.
