Lord’s to Host the Deciding Match
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially announced the dates for the upcoming World Test Championship (WTC) final. The third edition of this prestigious event will take place at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London from June 11 to 15, 2025. If necessary, June 16 has been set aside as a reserve day.

A New Venue for the Final
This will be the first time that Lord’s has hosted the WTC final. Previously, the first edition was held at Southampton in 2021, and the second edition took place at The Oval in 2023. Notably, New Zealand and Australia emerged victorious in those respective finals.
