  • Maharashtra: Secured titles in 2019, 2020, 2023, and 2024, with a record fourth triumph in 2024, amassing 57 golds, 48 silvers, and 53 bronzes in Tamil Nadu (hosted across Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, and Coimbatore).

In 2024, over 5,600 athletes participated, highlighting the Games’ growing scale and impact. Maharashtra’s consistent success sets a high benchmark for Karnataka, Delhi, and other contenders in 2025.
