Chandigarh, June 5
A total of 14 candidates will vie for the 64-Ludhiana West seat in the Punjab Legislative Assembly by-election, as announced by Punjab Chief Electoral Officer Sibin C.
On the final day for nomination withdrawals, independent candidate Kamal Pawar withdrew his nomination. The voting is scheduled for June 19, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the results to be declared on June 23 after vote counting.
