The program’s inauguration at the Government Higher Secondary School in Manzgam was a grand affair. District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson Mohd Afzal Parrey and Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir, led a gathering of local officials and school representatives. A central theme of the launch was achieving measurable improvements in all development indicators within a three-month timeframe.
