The Fencing Association of India, in collaboration with the Kerala Fencing Association, organized a Senior National Fencing competition in Kannur, Kerala, from December 31, 2024, to January 3, 2025. The competition featured the three fencing weapons – Epee, Foil, and Sabre – with individual events conducted according to FIE (Fédération Internationale d’Escrime) rules. Participants from 27 different states competed in the championship.

Miss Ena Arora from Patiala, Punjab, achieved a significant victory by winning the Silver Medal in the Epee Women Individual event. Miss Arora also serves as an Excise and Taxation Inspector with the Government of Punjab.
