RGNUL Students Excel in Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court

The Moot Court Committee of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Shreya Jindal, Alisha Ahuja, Aditi Priyadarshi, and Pareesha Singla. The team has qualified for the World Rounds of the 17th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2025, marking RGNUL’s first-ever qualification for this prestigious global event.

During the National Rounds, hosted by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration on April 12, 2025, the team secured a spot among the top three, earning their place in the International Rounds, scheduled for June 10–13, 2025, in Germany.

The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court is the oldest and most renowned student competition in investment protection law. Its unique moot problem integrates historical documents and disputes, analyzed through contemporary international law and trade principles.
