Sanklap Cricket Academy (SCA) Sonipat clinched a thrilling 2-wicket victory over Black Elephant Cricket Club (BECC) Patiala, leveling the three-match Hot Weather Cup series at 1-1.
Winning the toss, SCA opted to bowl first and restricted BECC Patiala to 82 all out in 31.3 overs. Prikshat Saroha led the bowling attack with 4 wickets for 13 runs, supported by Ayaan Bhalla (2 for 9) and Purthi (2 for 12). For BECC, Athrava Tiwari scored 15 and Arunpreet made 16.

Chasing 83, SCA Sonipat struggled early, collapsing to 29 for 8 in 14.1 overs. However, a resilient unbeaten 39 from skipper Divit Sharma, backed by Harsit’s unbeaten 10, steered them to victory in 36 overs. BECC’s bowling was led by Harsift Singh (3 for 13), with Arunpreet (2 for 12) and Viraj Singla (1 for 17) also contributing.
