Zimbabwe Breaks T20I Record with Mammoth Total

Zimbabwe shattered the world record for the highest T20I total, scoring 344/4 against Gambia in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Sub Regional Qualifier B.

Sikandar Raza’s Stellar Innings: Sikandar Raza’s unbeaten 133 runs off 43 balls, including 15 sixes, powered Zimbabwe to this historic feat. His century came off just 33 balls, making it the joint-second fastest in men’s T20Is.

Record-Breaking Partnership: Raza’s partnership with Craig Ervine (82* off 40 balls) contributed significantly to the record-breaking total. Zimbabwe’s 27 sixes in the innings surpassed the previous record of 26 sixes held by Nepal.
