23 Revenue Officers Promoted; Mundian Distributes Promotion Letters

6 Officers Elevated as District Revenue Officers, 8 as Tehsildars, 9 as Naib Tehsildars

Mann Government Ensuring Timely Promotions for Employees: Revenue Minister

Chandigarh, April 28:

Punjab Revenue Minister Hardeep Mundian today handed over promotion letters to 23 officers of the Revenue Department during a brief समारोह held at Punjab Bhawan.

Congratulating the officers, the Minister said that these promotions recognize their dedicated service and valuable contribution towards strengthening the state’s revenue administration.

Out of the total promotions, six officers have been elevated from Tehsildar to District Revenue Officer, eight from Naib Tehsildar to Tehsildar, and nine from Kanungo to Naib Tehsildar.

Mundian stated that the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is committed to ensuring timely career progression for its employees. He emphasized that a fair and transparent promotion system not only strengthens governance but also motivates officers to deliver better public service.

Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner (Revenue) Anurag Verma also congratulated the promoted officers and expressed confidence that they would continue to serve with honesty, dedication, and professionalism in their new roles.
