Thapar Polytechnic College, Patiala, successfully hosted Tech Utsav 2024, a two-day technical and cultural event. Over 3,000 students from more than 70 schools participated, showcasing over 200 innovative projects.
Inauguration and Guest Addresses: The event was inaugurated by Sh. Anil Bhargava, Chairman of the Managing Committee, TPC. Guest of Honors Dr. Ajay Batish and Dr. Gurbinder Singh, along with Principal Dr. Ankush Kansal, addressed the gathering.
Annual Report and Magazine Launch: Principal Dr. Kansal delivered an inspiring opening address, highlighting the college’s achievements. The college’s annual magazine, “VIBRANCE: 2024,” was launched, showcasing the institution’s academic and extracurricular accomplishments.

Student Recognition: The ceremony included the presentation of awards to the college’s Punjab State Board toppers and outstanding academic achievers. A distinguished student from the Electrical Engineering department received the prestigious OM Parkash Garg Scholarship.
