Under the guidance of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Power Minister Tarunpreet Sond, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has initiated the implementation of innovative ideas selected under its October 2026 Monthly Innovation Contest. Dedicated team leaders have been appointed to oversee the execution of the selected initiatives and ensure their timely completion.

During the contest, PSPCL recognised employees with citations for their innovative ideas aimed at improving organisational efficiency, strengthening operational effectiveness and enhancing service delivery. In addition to the employees who received citations, seven other participants have also been designated as team leaders to implement their respective ideas. The corporation has established a structured framework to translate these ideas into practical results.
