- PET Scan Centre: Inaugurated on June 6, 2025, at Guru Harkrishan Polyclinic, Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, this centre offers low-cost PET scans for early cancer detection. Dedicated to the 1984 genocide martyrs, the ₹10 crore machine was donated by a Sikh family, with construction supported by Baba Bachan Singh Ji and Baba Satnam Singh Ji of the Kar Sewa sect.
- Guru Harkrishan Institute of Medical Sciences and Research: Launched on June 13, 2025, at Gurdwara Bala Sahib, this 50-bed hospital provides world-class facilities at government hospital rates. Key features include free OPD consultations, subsidized medicines, specialized departments (Nephrology, Urology, Gynecology, Pediatrics), two ICUs, a pediatric ICU, and advanced CT and ultrasound services. The hospital, initiated in 2019 under then-President Sdr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, also served as a COVID-19 pandemic wing during the third wave.
