AAP’s Gurdeep Singh Randhawa Wins from Dera Baba Nanak

Patiala, November 23:
In the final stages of counting for the Punjab by-elections in four constituencies—Barnala, Gidderbaha, Dera Baba Nanak, and Chabbewal—AAP candidate Gurdeep Singh Randhawa emerged victorious from Dera Baba Nanak with a margin of 5,699 votes. He defeated Congress candidate Jatinder Kaur Randhawa.

    • Gurdeep Singh Randhawa (AAP): 59,104 votes
    • Jatinder Kaur Randhawa (Congress): 53,405 votes
    • Ravi Karan Singh Kahlon (BJP): 6,505 votes
    • NOTA Votes: 875

The election witnessed 18 rounds of counting, with Gurdeep Singh Randhawa securing a decisive victory for the Aam Aadmi Party. This win marks another significant achievement for AAP in the Punjab by-elections.
