Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian Welcomes New Leaders to AAP

In a significant blow to the Congress party in Ludhiana, sitting Councillor Sikander Singh Palaha and Ward In-charge Hardeep Singh Palaha, along with their supporters, officially joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The induction ceremony was held in the presence of Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian and prominent Atam Nagar leader Kamaljeet Singh Karwal.
Welcoming the new members, Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian remarked, “Congress’s diminishing credibility and lack of vision have driven committed leaders like Sikander Singh Palaha and Hardeep Singh Palaha to align with a progressive, people-oriented party like AAP. Their addition to our ranks strengthens our mission to better serve Punjab.

Kamaljeet Singh Karwal highlighted that the inclusion of these leaders and their supporters would provide a substantial boost to AAP in Ludhiana. Speaking on his decision, Sikander Singh Palaha said, “I chose AAP because of its dedication to transparency, good governance, and public welfare. The Congress has failed to live up to its promises, whereas AAP continues to transform lives through its people-centric policies. I am proud to join this movement for change.”
This development is expected to further consolidate AAP’s position in Ludhiana ahead of the upcoming municipal elections. With more leaders and grassroots workers gravitating toward AAP, the party is emerging as a dominant force in local body elections.
