Mumbai, January 18
Two-time champions India have unveiled their 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, scheduled to be held in Pakistan and the UAE from February 19 to March 9.
Rohit Sharma will once again lead the charge as India aims for a third title in the tournament. Star pacer Jasprit Bumrah, who recently recovered from injury, has been included in the squad, with chief selector Ajit Agarkar stating that the team management will closely monitor his fitness leading up to the tournament.

To provide cover for Bumrah, Harshit Rana has been included in the squad for the preceding three-match ODI series against England.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, the rising star, has earned his maiden ODI call-up after a phenomenal 2024 in Test cricket. He joins a formidable top order comprising Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Shubman Gill.
The middle order boasts the experience of KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, and Rishabh Pant. Hardik Pandya will be the sole pace-bowling all-rounder, while Axar Patel, Ravindra Jadeja, and Washington Sundar provide spin-bowling options.
The pace attack will be spearheaded by Bumrah, Mohammad Shami, and Arshdeep Singh.
