East Delhi Riders emerged victorious in the inaugural edition of the Delhi Premier League. In a thrilling final, they defeated South Delhi Superstars to claim the coveted trophy.
The final match was a closely contested affair that went down to the wire. East Delhi Riders managed to secure a narrow 3-run win over South Delhi Superstars. Both teams displayed aggressive batting throughout the match.

Batting first, East Delhi Riders posted a challenging total of 183/5 in their allotted 20 overs. Mayank Rawat was the standout performer, smashing 78* runs off just 39 balls, including 7 fours and 6 sixes. His innings proved to be the cornerstone of their victory. For South Delhi Superstars, Raghav Singh and Ayushman Hooda picked up 3 wickets each.
