Er. Hira Lal Goyal assumed the role of Director (Commercial) at Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) today. The appointment was formalized by Ajoy Kumar Sinha, Principal Secretary, Department of Power, Punjab, for a term of two years from the date of joining, with the condition that he will not continue in service beyond the age of 65.

Born on June 5, 1966, Er. Hira Lal Goyal began his career with the Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) on November 2, 1989. With 35 years of extensive experience, he has worked in diverse areas such as distribution, Grid Operations & Maintenance, stores, planning, thermal and hydel projects, enforcement, technical audit, human resources at PSTCL, and planning at PSTCL.
