ICC Unveils Fixtures for Women’s T20 World Cup 2024

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the fixtures for the upcoming Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, set to take place in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

After the tournament was relocated from Bangladesh to the UAE, the ICC has released the revised schedule for the event, which will be held in Dubai and Sharjah.

The six-time champions, Australia, have been drawn in Group A alongside India, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. South Africa and England are placed in Group B with West Indies, Bangladesh, and Scotland.

Each team will compete in four group matches, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals on October 17 and 18. The final will be held in Dubai on October 20, with reserve days in place for both the semi-finals and the final.

A total of 23 matches will be played across the two venues in Dubai and Sharjah. Ten warm-up matches will be held from September 28 to October 1.
