India Dominates Malaysia:
Defending champions India registered a comprehensive 10-wicket victory over hosts Malaysia. After winning the toss and electing to bowl, India bowled out Malaysia for a paltry 31 runs. Vaishnavi Sharma delivered a sensational performance, claiming a hat-trick and finishing with figures of 5/5. In reply, India chased down the target with ease, losing no wickets in the process.

Sri Lanka Outclasses West Indies:
Sri Lanka continued their winning streak, defeating West Indies by 81 runs. Batting first, Sri Lanka posted a challenging total of 166-5, with contributions from Sanjana Kavindi, Sumudu Nisansala, Manudi Nanayakkara, and Dahami Sanethma. In response, the West Indies were bowled out for 85 runs, with Sri Lanka’s bowlers effectively restricting their opponents.
These victories have solidified India and Sri Lanka’s positions at the top of their respective groups.
