India secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory over South Korea in their second match of the Women’s Asian Champions Trophy.

The Indian women’s team started the match strongly, with goals from Sangita Kumari in the third minute and Deepika in the 20th minute, giving them a comfortable 2-0 lead at halftime. However, South Korea made a remarkable comeback in the third quarter, with goals from Yuri Lee in the 34th minute and captain Yunbi Cheon in the 38th minute to level the score at 2-2.

Just when it seemed like the match was headed for a draw, Deepika scored a crucial goal in the 57th minute to secure the win for the hosts. India had earlier defeated Malaysia 4-0 in their opening match of the tournament.
