India Selects 40 Probables for National Coaching Camp Ahead of Germany Series

Hockey India has selected 40 probable players for the senior men’s national coaching camp in Bengaluru to prepare for the two-match series against world champions Germany later this month. The matches against Germany will be played on October 23 and 24 at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium. The camp will be held at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Centre in Bengaluru from October 1 to 19.

The Indian team won the bronze medal at the Paris Olympics and retained the title at the Asia Cup in China. The focus of the camp will be on improving the skills of the players and working on match-day strategies.

Indian captain Harmanpreet Singh said, “Playing against the world champions is a great opportunity where we can showcase our abilities. Each of the probables has experience at different levels and we will try to perform well as a team.”
