In a thrilling IPL 2025 clash, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) by six wickets on April 12 at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow. Chasing 181, LSG reached 186/4 in 19.3 overs, driven by explosive half-centuries from Nicholas Pooran (61) and Aiden Markram (58). Ayush Badoni’s unbeaten 28 sealed the chase with three balls to spare. For GT, Prasidh Krishna (2/26) led the bowling, supported by Rashid Khan and Washington Sundar with one wicket each.
Earlier, GT, opting to bat, posted 180/6, thanks to fifties from Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan. LSG’s bowlers, led by Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan, kept things tight.
