Mai Bhago AFPI Alumna Commissioned as Flying Officer in Indian Air Force
Chandigarh, December 14
Arshdeep Kaur, an alumna of the Mai Bhago Armed Forces Preparatory Institute (AFPI) for Girls in Mohali, has achieved a significant milestone by being commissioned as a Flying Officer in the Indian Air Force.
The young officer successfully completed her training at the Air Force Academy, Dundigal, and participated in the recent passing out parade reviewed by Air Chief Marshal AP Singh.
Punjab’s Employment Generation, Skill Development, and Training Minister, Aman Arora, congratulated Arshdeep Kaur on her achievement and expressed hope that her success will inspire more girls to pursue careers in the armed forces.
