MM Modi College Releases 2025-26 Prospectus After Gaining UGC Autonomous Status

Multani Mal Modi College has launched its 2025-2026 academic session prospectus, kicking off the admission process. This marks the first prospectus issued since the college was granted autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The launch event was attended by Prof. Surindra Lal, Management Committee member, who highlighted the prospectus’s alignment with the New Education Policy (NEP).

The prospectus introduces innovative, career-focused, and industry-relevant programs emphasizing skill-based training to equip students for a dynamic job market.

Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal congratulated the faculty and staff for achieving autonomous status, crediting their collective efforts. He encouraged the use of technology-driven multimedia tools to enhance learning, emphasized research in course curricula, and stressed the importance of project-based practical training to prepare students for industry careers.

Prof. Surindra Lal and Dr. Goyal jointly unveiled the prospectus, urging faculty to maintain professional ethics and collaborate for the institution’s progress.

Registrar Dr. Ajit Kumar and Controller of Examinations Dr. Kuldeep Kumar discussed key aspects of the prospectus with faculty, while Admission Incharge Dr. Harmohan Sharma, Department of Computer Science, outlined the admission process.

Vice Principal Prof. Jasvir Kaur delivered the vote of thanks.
