New Recruits Applaud CM Mann for Transparent and Fair Recruitment Process
Chandigarh, November 25
Newly recruited PSPCL employees expressed their gratitude to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for ensuring a transparent, merit-based, and fair recruitment process. Receiving their appointment letters, the recruits credited the AAP government for reversing the trend of youth seeking opportunities abroad by providing ample job prospects in Punjab.
Gagandeep Kaur from Dasuya shared her delight, stating that within two years, this was her second appointment letter under CM Mann’s leadership. She praised the government for curbing the brain drain by creating job opportunities for youth, ensuring they can build their futures in Punjab.
Similarly, Sukhchain Kaur from Sangrur expressed her heartfelt appreciation, noting that no prior government had shown such commitment to the welfare of young people. She said her family was deeply grateful to the Chief Minister for offering jobs purely on merit, instilling hope and trust among the youth.
Jaspreet Kaur, also from Sangrur, thanked the Chief Minister for a recruitment process free of bias. She highlighted her long wait for a government job and credited the AAP government for delivering on its promises.
Gurwinder Singh from Amritsar, hailing from a modest background, shared his joy at becoming the first in his family to secure a government job. He lauded CM Mann for setting a new benchmark in fair and smooth recruitment practices.

Rujal Rani from Bathinda and Parwinder Singh from Faridkot also extended their gratitude to the Chief Minister for conducting the recruitment in a time-bound and transparent manner, giving equal opportunity to all eligible candidates.
Rahul Sharma from Sangrur shared his inspiring story of returning from Italy to join the workforce in Punjab. He expressed his appreciation for the Chief Minister’s efforts in reversing the trend of migration by ensuring promising opportunities for youth within the state.
The recruits unanimously commended CM Mann for his pro-youth policies, which have not only provided employment but also fostered optimism among the state’s young generation.
