On the Eve of Republic Day, MHA Announces Names of Punjab Police Officials for PMDS and MMS Awards

Chandigarh, January 25:
Recognizing the exceptional contributions of Punjab Police, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, announced the names of Punjab Police officers and officials selected for the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service (PMDS) and Medal for Meritorious Service (MMS) on the eve of the 76th Republic Day.
President’s Medal for Distinguished Service (PMDS):
The prestigious PMDS will be conferred on Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Intelligence RK Jaiswal and ADGP Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Nilabh Kishore for their exemplary services.

Medal for Meritorious Service (MMS):
Among the recipients of the MMS are Inspector General of Police (IGP) Ludhiana Range Dhanpreet Kaur, AIG Financial Intelligence Unit Tejinderjit Singh, and 13 other officers/officials. The awardees include:
