Punjab’s Revenue, Rehabilitation, and Disaster Management Minister S. Hardeep Singh Mundian today handed over promotion letters to 16 officials who have been elevated from Kanoongo to Naib Tehsildar positions. The promotions were processed in full compliance with established service rules and after completing all required departmental formalities.

Congratulating the newly promoted officers, Minister Mundian highlighted the commitment of the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann-led Punjab Government to protecting employees’ service rights and delivering their entitlements without delay. He described these promotions as a key step in reinforcing revenue administration and enhancing the efficiency of public service delivery at the grassroots level.

The Minister urged the promoted Naib Tehsildars to perform their duties with utmost honesty, dedication, and a deep sense of responsibility. He emphasized the expectation that they maintain transparency, adhere strictly to rules, and serve all citizens impartially.

Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner Revenue, Mr. Anurag Verma, also extended his congratulations. He noted that the Punjab Government has prioritized timely, transparent promotions and administrative processes to keep officers motivated and oriented toward public welfare.
