
Chandigarh, September 20
Punjab Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian has distributed appointment letters to 30 individuals from families of farmers who lost their lives during the anti-farm laws protests.
The 30 appointees include 25 clerks and five Sewadars in the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Additionally, eight more youths have been appointed in the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development departments.

Minister Khudian congratulated the new recruits and urged them to work diligently for the development of Punjab. He highlighted the state government’s commitment to providing employment opportunities and ensuring transparency in the recruitment process.
Since the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government has provided 44,974 government jobs in various departments. The recruitment process has been based solely on merit and followed transparent procedures.
