Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav attributed the latest arrest to excellent teamwork and thorough investigation, including financial analysis and intelligence gathering. The police have identified two more suspects based in Uttar Pradesh, including the individual who procured the weapons.
Mukul Mishra, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, is also implicated in another case related to theft and arms possession. The Punjab Police are continuing their investigation and pursuing the remaining suspects.
