- Terrorist Masterminds: The attack was orchestrated by ISI-backed Pakistan-based terrorist Harwinder Singh Rinda and USA-based gangster Harpreet Singh Passia.
- Recovered Weapon: A sophisticated 9MM Glock pistol and ammunition were seized from the arrested accused.
- Previous Attempt: The same terror group had attempted a similar attack in the same location last year, which was successfully foiled by Punjab Police.

Details of the Case:
- The grenade blast occurred in Sector-10, Chandigarh, on Wednesday evening.
- Two unknown individuals arrived on an auto-rickshaw and lobbed a military-grade hand grenade, smuggled from across the border through a drone.
- The arrested accused, Rohan Masih, a resident of Passia village in Amritsar, was instructed to carry out the attack by Happy Passia.
- Rohan confessed to his involvement and revealed that Happy Passia provided the grenade, weapons, and financial support.
- Further investigation is ongoing to uncover the entire conspiracy and apprehend the remaining suspects.
