Punjab Police has made significant headway in dismantling the network of gangster-turned-terrorist Arsh Dalla. In a recent operation, the Counter Intelligence (CI) Bathinda, in collaboration with Mansa Police, arrested Shimla Singh, a key accused involved in the Mansa grenade attack.
The attack, which occurred on the night of October 26-27, 2024, targeted a Jio petrol pump in Mansa. The perpetrators, acting on the instructions of Arsh Dalla, demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore.
