Punjab Finance Minister Advocate Harpal Cheema handed over appointment letters to 11 newly recruited Junior Auditors under the ongoing ‘Rozgar Kranti’ initiative of the Mann Government. The appointments were made in the office of the Examiner, Local Fund Accounts, further strengthening the Finance Department with fresh talent.
Congratulating the newly appointed officers, Cheema said, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the young appointees. I urge you to perform your duties with complete dedication, transparency, and absolute honesty. Your integrity will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and accountability of the state’s public institutions.”
Highlighting the transparency of the process, the Finance Minister added, “These appointments have been made strictly on merit through the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC). I am confident that this infusion of qualified and energetic youth will significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of the Examiner, Local Fund Accounts wing.”

Reaffirming the government’s commitment to employment generation, Harpal Singh Cheema stated, “Under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Mann, the Punjab Government has so far provided secure government jobs to more than 65,000 youths. This is a historic achievement and a clear fulfillment of our promise to give sustainable employment opportunities to the talented youth of Punjab.”
He further emphasised, “Rozgar Kranti continues to be a top priority for the Punjab Government. We are committed to ensuring transparent and merit-based recruitment across all departments to build a strong, efficient, and youth-driven administrative system.”
